CONSTITUTION OF ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA
ARTICLE I > NAME:The organization shall be called “ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA”.
ARTICLE II > OBJECT:
The aim of ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA shall be
• Unity
• Discipline
• To bring out future leaders.
• Raise voice against crime, corruption and all anti-social activities.
• To spread literacy.
• Retaining talent by creating and identifying employment opportunities.
• Proper use of democratic rights.
• To motivate and organize the youth in understanding and realizing the fundamental values, ideals and principles of the Constitution of India.
• To promote the active participation of youth in economic, social, cultural and political life, by acting against all restrictions and discriminations connected with age, sex, methods of education, domicile, property, social status, religion, etc.
• Promoting the holistic development of the youth, i.e. their spiritual, moral, physical, psychological, academic and material development
• Developing leadership skills amongst the youth.
ARTICLE III > SYMBOL:
The symbol of ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA is “dark impression of a person carrying a lighted torch in hand”, representing the spirit of Youth with words “ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA” on left of the impression and words “of the youth, by the youth, for the youth” at the bottom.
ARTICLE IV > SUB-DIVISIONS:
ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL YUVA has the following sub divisions-
• All India Trinamool Yuva Committee
• Central Advisory Committee
• State Trinamool Yuva Committee
• State Core Committee
• District Trinamool Yuva Committee
• City Trinamool Yuva Committee
• Constituency/Block Trinamool Yuva Committee
ARTCLE V > MEMBERSHIP:
• Any person between 21 and 40 years of age is eligible to become a member of All India Trinamool Yuva on filling up of online forms available at www.aitmc.org or physical forms available at Trinamool Bhavan on payment of Rs 12/- annually.
• Membership forms shall be scrutinized by any of the committees aforementioned.
• Membership may be renewed annually on payment of prescribed fees.
• Membership ceases as a result of personal withdrawal or proven misconduct or on grounds of lobbyism/favoritism/nepotism or defiance of leadership.
• Any illegal, unethical and immoral activity shall be dealt seriously and may lead to expulsion.
ARTICLE VI > MODE OF OPERATION:
• Training and leadership programme for members in every month in every district.
• Interactive session with the National President of All India Trinamool Yuva in every 3 months in every district.
• Protesting against violence and atrocities by conducting protest march/rallies/dharnas.
• Election for District President in every 18 months. District President to conduct election of every Constituency/Block President in every 18 months of his respective district.
• District/Constituency or Block committees to meet once in every month.
• All appointments to be made by the National President of All India Trinamool Yuva. Appointment made by any person other than the National President shall be declared void.
• Anyone making more than 500 members shall be inducted into State Core Committee and shall have the right of 5 votes in case of appointment of District/ Constituency or Block President.
ARTICLE VII > TERRITORIAL DEMARCATIONS:
Kolkata (West Bengal) shall be the National Head quarter for All India Trinamool Yuva.
State Trinamool Yuva Committees shall have its headquarters in the state capital, mentioned as under :

4. Bihar - Patna
5. Chhattisgarh - Raipur
6. Goa - Panaji
7. Gujarat - Gandhi Nagar

11. Jharkhand - Ranchi
12. Karnataka - Bangalore
13. Kerala - Thiruvananthapuram
14. Madhya pradesh - Bhopal
15. Maharashtra - Mumbai
16. Manipur - Imphal
17. Megalaya - Shillong
18. Mizoram - Aizawl
19. Nagaland - Kohima
20. Orissa - Bhubaneswar
21. Punjab - Chandigarh
22. Rajashthan - Jaipur
23. Sikkim - Gangtok

The constitution can be amended, altered or added to, only by the All India Trinamool Yuva Committee.
ARTICLE VIII > AMENDMENTS:
National President shall have the veto power with regard to every matter concerning Article I to VIII as he/she may deem necessary.
