Kolkata, July 21:

All India Trinamool Yuva, a national platform for the youth was officially launched at the Shaheed Dibas Rally on July 21 at Brigade Parade Ground.  Abhishek Banerjee is the National President, All India Trinamool Yuva.
Abhishek is in charge of the AITMC cyber-team. The groundwork for the launch began even before the assembly elections. During the past few months Mr. Banerjee has spent quality time with members of Trinamool Youth Wing at the Trinamool Bhawan busy discussing plans and programmes in the wake of the launch of Trinamool Yuva. `Today's youth have the power to make our country move from being a developing nation to a developed nation. The youth can contribute in many ways. Much can be done in areas like educating people, creating awareness about various social ills, and many other issues. We all have certain responsibilities towards our motherland which we must acknowledge and start practicing`, said the young leader.
Noted singer Rupam Islam has sung the Yuva anthem which is available on the official website. The anthem which begins with the blowing of conch signifying a new beginning will charge  the spirits of the young generation who will find hard to stay away from the toe-tapping beats. The lyric of the anthem is inspiring. The opening line of the anthem which goes  "shob onishchoita r jobab, hum honge kamyaab" (the formation of Yuva will reply to all uncertainty, together we shall overcome).
The Trinamool Yuva whose motto will be `of the youth, for the youth, by the youth`, will give an opportunity to the youth across the nation to remain in active politics through social work. The Trinamool Yuva will only accept those as members who are between the age group of 21 to 35.
Those interested may download the membership forms from  aitmc.org/youth.php
